A 100 EGP processing and handling fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return, refund, or exchange to be processed after your request has been approved.
Please note that all return and exchange requests must be submitted via email. Requests sent through Instagram or other social media platforms cannot be processed.

HER ERA reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or offensive.
